PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Village of South Floral Park will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 8:00 PM. in Conference Room 2, Elmont Public Library, 700 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, New York 11003, to consider the adoption of: 

 TO THE TAXPAYERS OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF SOUTH FLORAL PARK. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tentative budget for the Incorporated Village of South Floral Park, N.Y. for the fiscal year commencing June 1, 2024, and ending May 31, 2025, 

The purpose of this hearing is to provide residents of the Village with the opportunity to present oral comments on the possible use of Community Development Funds.

 The Village of South Floral Park affirmatively furthers Fair Housing and proclaims April to be Fair Housing Month. 

 Bill No. 1 of 2024, a proposed local law authorizing the Village of South Floral Park to authorize a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in New York State General Municipal Law § 3-c for its fiscal year commencing June 1, 2024. A copy of the local law is available at Village Hall for review.
