 INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF SOUTH FLORAL PARK PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT sealed bids, which must include a design sketch and the estimated  completion date, will be received by the Village Clerk of the Incorporated Village of South Floral Park on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 11 AM at the Village Hall, 383 Roquette Avenue, South Floral Park, NY 11001,  at which time they will be publicly opened and read for: The 2025 Village ADA Compliant Bathroom Renovation Project consists of a complete renovation of the  first-floor men’s and women’s bathrooms in the village hall building to ensure that the restrooms are in  compliance with American Disabilities Act requirements.  An examination of the existing bathroom facilities can be scheduled through the Office of the Village  Clerk at the Village Hall, 383 Roquette Avenue, South Floral Park, NY 11001, between the hours of 10 AM  and 2 PM, Monday through Friday, except on holidays. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject  any and all proposals. The contractor will be required to comply with all requirements of the State of New York, including the  provisions of Labor Laws and prevailing wages. The contractor will also be required to provide  Workman’s Compensation, Disability, and Liability insurance.
